How to build a business vs creating a job for yourself?

Many business owners simply working as employees, despite they own a business.

it is vitally important to change your role from a employee to business owner to allow your business to grow. To eliminate your ownership being a bottleneck and open a space of opportunities for others.

It is not easy, but all is possible.

My way to achieve that was:

1. Learning - reading and practicing a lot about the

- business disciplines

- psychology to understand people and most importantly myself

2. Psychological readiness - to accept fears, concerns and desires (the deep and true ones).

Here is a limiting factor for many business owners, and I saw it in my business school while getting my SE MBA with other business owners.

3. Time and practice.

To build a business model and core of my business philosophy and then a team. And to learn how to became a leader for them.

It opens a new opportunities for company growth and personal development.
